By placing an order on Pawlis, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of our pet products, including Pet Clothing, Pet Shelter, Pet Grooming, Pet Carriers, Pet Toys, and Pet Accessories.

 

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color, design, or size may occur due to manufacturing processes. Product availability is not guaranteed, and items may be out of stock or discontinued at any time. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The total amount at checkout includes the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

 

We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, America Express, Notepad, Google Pay, and Paypal. All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until the payment is successfully received. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email will include your order details, such as the products purchased, the total price, and the estimated delivery time. Please review this information carefully. If there are any discrepancies, contact us immediately.

 

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which outlines delivery options, costs, and time-frames. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.  Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the shipping process has started, the order cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to check if it's still eligible for cancellation.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under our Return Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the item. Certain items, such as personalized or hygiene-related products, may not be eligible for return. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Certain products sold by Pawlis may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is faulty or does not perform as described, please refer to the warranty information provided with the product. We are not liable for any product defects beyond the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Pawlis is not responsible for any misuse of the products purchased. The buyer assumes all risks associated with the proper use of the products. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

 

Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France enforces GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and any disputes will be resolved following local laws. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
